Designed especially for meditation, these beautiful candles are poured and painted by hand.  The gold ‘Om’ symbol and rich colours of monks’ robes are reminiscent of a time and place so far from the rush of everyday life.

Settle into a place where you can relax and feel safe.   As you light your candle, set your intention and allow yourself a time of stillness.  Using candles in private ritual can help us set healthy boundaries and give ourselves permission to take the time and space we need to heal and nurture ourselves.

While most of our candles ideally need to burn for longer than 2 hours, the Meditation Candles are designed to burn for between 30 minutes to 1 hour at a time.
